Reflection
This standard allows instructors to show creativity and innovation. Students are able to collaborate on works and reflect their learning experiences. During the study of the program, I have opportunities to use various technology applications to promote the creative and innovative thinking skills. I also collaborated with my fellow classmates through the weekly discussion post on blog by reflect on what we learned through the reading and lecture materials or answer assigned questions by professor. The artifacts chosen reflect the areas where I believe this standard has been met.
- Blogfolio: Blog is a great digital communication tool for students to reflect on course contents and interact with other students, since the feature of commenting and replying can easily promote group collaboration. From the blogfolio, you'll notice that every weekly reflection come with several comments which shows the collaborative knowledge construction by engaging in learning on blog.
- Group Report: In this report, each member in the group initiated the entire group for one digital communication tool, I choose Quizizz as my digital communication tool, my peers demonstrated AppleTree, Periscope, Tango, Twitter as well. After each tool has tested by everyone, a comprehensive report has written in Google Doc together with my group members. This report covered function of the tool; advantages of using the tool; Challenges and solutions of using the tool; teaching strategies of integrating this tool into teaching. This artifacts demonstrated the ability of using digital tools and resources in real-world setting and promote student reflection in this collaborative learning process.
- Google Slide: By creating the online presentations as part of team work, everyone in the group need to access the presentation and provide their input in a timely fashion. With Google Slides, a real-time presentation sharing makes group collaboration and teamwork easy in an innovative way. Therefore, students are also get improved in developing innovative PowerPoint slides.

Future Learning Goals
In the future, I plan on implementing the standard of collaborative learning construction and engage learners with digital technology tools into my working. I am willing to use Google Slides/ Documents as the collaborative online digital tool to allow students interact with each other asynchronously. And using blog for group discussion and lecture reflection, Both Wix.com and Weebly.com are great tools for blogging in the classroom.
