Teachers design, develop, and evaluate authentic learning experiences and assessments incorporating contemporary tools and resources to maximize content learning in context and to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes identified in the Standards S.
- Design or adapt relevant learning experiences that incorporate digital tools and resources to promote student learning and creativity
- Develop technology-enriched learning environments that enable all students to pursue their individual curiosities and become active participants in setting their own learning, and assessing their own progress
- Customize and personalize learning activities to address students' diverse learning styles, working strategies, and abilities using digital tools and resources
- Provide students with multiple and varied formative and summative assessments aligned with content and technology standards, and use resulting data to inform learning and teaching
Reflection
This standard allows instructors create a digital learning environment by producing lessons, learning resources, and various assessments to meet different learning styles with personalized learning activities. The online learning resources are abundant enough to meet the teaching objectives and satisfy learners' learning needs.The artifacts chosen reflect the areas where I believe this standard has been met.
- Online Course: This course site was created as format of flipped-class setting. This course has 5 sections: home page, course materials, assignments, resources and comments. There are various technology tools have been used in creating of the course, including online Quizzes, Edpuzzle, Video clip, Radio clip, online discussion board and other free online digital tools. Therefore, learners are encouraged to view the various types of learning materials before completing assignments. In addition, the additional web resources contents are provided to help students understand learning materials better.
- Newsletter: A digital newsletter gives learners a new vision on acquire knowledge in technology-oriented learning environment. Students can better understand and remember the information due to the better visual effect of text/images based-newsletter. This newsletter was created with Lucidpress to introduce a brand-new Chinese automobile company-Lynk & Co.
- Video Tutorial : A video is a great way to add digital variety within a course. This is great for the visual and auditory learners, besides allow learners simply reading the text information, use of video media enriched ways of learning material to better present contents and satisfy diverse requirements as well. This tutorial video introduced how to use the digital communication tool- QQ as a beginner.
- Padlet: Padlet is used as an interactive way to teach and assess. First, instructor can conduct informal assessments by post a question about today's lesson, then review student responses for comprehension. Also it can be used to keep students informed by posting recent news articles relevant to the course contents.

Future Learning Goals
My future goal is to plan and create effective assessments that incorporate more digital tools and various types of resources into teaching. There are many ways to assess students outside of standard tests. I want to be innovative, creative, and effective in my assessments. In addition, if needed, I will continue to use Weebly and Wix as platform to create my online or flipped course.
