Reflection
This standard emphasized the importance of leadership in professional development. It determined the effectiveness of activities that teach students basic technology equipment operations and concepts. The leadership and skill of using technology are closely linked with one another. Being familiar with and applying these technology skills will allow instructors to use educational technology to improve their professional career, reflect on their own use of technology resources, improve work productivity, and connect with the greater community in support of students learning.
- Instructional Technology Plan: This is a 30 pages hypothetical instructional technology plan created by myself, which demonstrated using various technology in improving local learning community to improve student learning. Additionally, the leadership and technology skills get proved by forming library technology planning committee members and control of the budget on new technology equipment and professional development.The plan aim to encourage teachers to utilize our technology-based electronic databases to assign students to tasks that would force them to use these resources for their homework tasks completion and training students on how to access or book resources online. In the end, the planning committee identified professional development as the best strategy to keep the library staff members updated regarding the emerging trends in library technology management.
- Needs Assessment Report: This written-report explore the first aspect of instructional design models—analysis, in this report, I addressed the background and purpose of the needs, task, and learner assessments, creation of instruments and procedures, implications of the needs assessment, design plans for implementing solutions. In addition, a needs assessment survey has included in the report in order to collect data from classmates. My vision of technology infusion has demonstrated on this research.
- Technology Background Survey: This survey is used to understand my potential students’ technology background so as to decide the level of technology competency that I can made adjustment on my current lesson plan and best meet student's learning needs. This survey demonstrated how do I make effectiveness on existing digital tools in professional decision making.

Future Learning Goals
I will learn as many new technology tool that I can. I want to develop myself endless as the goal of my professional development. I will continue to follow the new trend and learning new tools to ensure that I am able to do whatever my future employer is asked of me. Planning for effective use of technology in an educational institution is necessary to maximize its educational benefit for the students as well as for administrative productivity within the district or school.
