Reflection
This standard allows instructors demonstrated skills on implementing technology in assisting their teaching and enhancing communication with learners, peers, parents and other stakeholders. The proficiency of using new technology tools also guaranteed the effectiveness of locating the most relevant learning resources to maximize quality of learners' learning experience. The artifacts chosen reflect the areas where I believe this standard has been met.
- Schoology: This artifacts is an online course that was created on the learning management system (LMS) - Schoology. It allows users to create, manage, and share content and resources. The web based networking and communication tool with features to support student engagement, assignments, attendance, grades, homework features share lessons and resources among faculty, student and administrators. All the featured I have demonstrated in process of creating my own online course on Schoology which gained experience of using various digital media to support students success.
- Web-based course: This photography course introduces the principles of visual design that are particularly important for creating articulate and aesthetically engaging photographs. It is designed to expand your visual awareness, and to understand the basic principles of two-dimensional visual communications design that are most relevant to making photographs. This course has created with Wix.com, which gives learners different learning experience other than the previous courses based on Weebly and Schoology.
- Edpuzzle: This interactive video project is perfectly worked in a flipped class since the customized videos features make students involved in it rather than only watching it and you can easily hold your students accountable if they watch the videos at home and able to see the results if questions are added. Edupuzzle can be used in any categories of classes such as language, math, science, history and so on. Because the video can be easily edit to use only the part you you need, therefore, insert an audio track with one-click to start your voice recording in order to provide additional explanation or instruction verbally. The assessment part of Edupuzzle make it not only accessible for students, but also make this learning part assessable for instructors.

Future Learning Goals
New technologies and research-based technology-infused learning models are emerging, I will keep trying to get familiar every new tools to meet future occupational skills requirement. In addition, knowing how to create a shared vision for how technology can best meet the needs of all learners and to develop a plan that translates the vision into action is the key to maximize working efficiency.
